VOLUNTEERS:
Setup prior to Feis day (date and time to be announced)
workers needed to assemble stages, setup tables, and chairs
in Agri-Center and Expo Hall. Stanchion off areas and
hang signage etc.
Assistance on Feis Day is needed in the following areas:
Computer Room: 6 volunteers with keyboard experience are needed
shifts are: 9am until noon / Noon until 3 pm / 3pm until close
Workers Kitchen: 8 volunteers are needed to deliver snacks, lunches etc. to
Adjudicators and musicians.
Stage Monitors: shifts are 8:15am until 11:30am / 11:15 until 2:30 / 2:15 until close
A “retired” Senior Dancer will be assigned to each stage with 2 adults.
Responsibilities include checking in competitors, lining them up on
stage, giving adjudicators the competition envelope and returning the
envelope to the computer room asap.
Volunteers will be asked to help take down and pack the display materials
Take down: volunteers needed at approx. 4pm Feis day to disassemble staging,
remove signage etc.
